  1.                        Scan for New Bulletins

  3.   Scanning for new bulletins can sometimes be very useful.  The time
  4.   usually to create these bulletins is not noticeable during packet
  5.   creation time.
  6.  
  7.   This option will only work if your Sysop has configured the door to
  8.   scan bulletins.  If he/she has not done so and you would to get certain
  9.   bulletins, please contact your Sysop and ask him/her to enable those
  10.   bulletins for scanning.

  12.   Please note, Bulletins are *ONLY* sent if they are NEW since the last
  13.   time you were on.  Usually such bulletins are statistics, Conferences
  14.   that have been added, or many other types.
